Space Assessment And Location Of Suitable Premises

 We will do a space allocation calculation to assess the actual space required by the organisation as often you do not know what is required.

This calculation takes into account either a down scale in space, or an expansion allowance for growth.

We will assist in finding suitable premises with the assistance of a commercial broker that we will recommend, and will work with this broker to find suitable space regards rental costs and position, taking into account transport requirements of the staff, proximity for clients, and other access requirements.

Consultation Services

BD Corporate Spaces will assess premises to verify suitability if the client is moving.

BD Corporate Spaces will also do assessments on existing leases, to see whether the client can effectively remain in the current space or requires more or less space. And if they can save costs with better space utilisation.

We offer a consultation service regards working with landlord appointed contractors.

Should the client require an adjudication service with other contractors and designers, we can assist in acting as the principal consultant and an independent party.
